Identity and Access Management (IAM) owns and operates services that ensure people have access to what they need and only what they need to perform their role. IAM manages the lifecycle of corporate identities, authentication services, digital credential services, and access review services with a variety of commercial, custom, and open-source solutions.

The Manager, Identity Lifecycle Contractor Management System is responsible for end-to-end global support of Pfizer's contractor management system, GetAccess. Specific services include, but are not limited to, End User Support, Integration Management, Data Feeds, Access Request Management, Reporting, and Training. The processes and services provided are audited regularly and are required to meet all corporate security policies. This is an Operations role with 24x7 global service support responsibilities along with continual monitoring of the service for quality levels, and response to outages or performance issues with a sense of urgency.

The Manager is the primary customer interface for the service area and is responsible for end-to-end delivery and quality of the service. They represent the voice of the customer and ensure that the services are easy to use and meet customer requirements. They are also responsible for coordinating customer integrations and managing service patterns.

Role Responsibilities

  • Interface with end users, application owners, business partners, and other stakeholders to ensure the highest satisfaction with services.

  • Drive continuous improvements, service initiatives, and major releases to completion.

  • Communicate and manage changes to services that minimize customer impact.

  • Create, maintain, and monitor key operational metrics to measure service effectiveness, anticipate demand, and inform service strategy.

  • Represent services during internal and external audits.

  • Manage work activities of colleague and contingent worker resources.

  • Support 24x7 management and oversight of BAU operations.

Qualifications

  • Applicant must have a Bachelor's degree with five years of relevant experience; OR Master's degree with three years of relevant experience; OR Associate's degree with eight years of relevant experience; OR Ph.D. with 0+ years of experience; OR 10 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent

  • 3+ years of experience supporting Identity Lifecycle solutions in organizations with greater than 50,000 contractors.

  • Experience working with HR systems and regulations is strongly preferred.

  • Experience with IAM system support, engineering, and operations.

  • Strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and GXP quality regulations and guidelines.

  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to develop talent.

  • Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to write and verbally articulate industry terminology to interact at a technical level, management level and senior executive level.

  • Demonstrated experience in an agile work environment possessing qualities such as a collaborative mindset, adaptability to change, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

  • No special physical requirements. Applicants should be capable of working through a personal laptop computer or mobile device for extended periods.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Respond to requests on short notice, which may require working during extended hours, weekends, and holidays.

  • Periodic international and domestic travel required (less than 5%).

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,900.00 to $166,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 15.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
