Supports the Instructional Lead Coach program priorities of providing campuses expert instructional
support via content knowledge, coaching for improved instructional delivery, professional development and data analysis. Works with the Director to strategically align and coordinate work across the Instructional Lead Coaches, School Leadership Executive Directors and Academic Services departments. Oversees and manages a network of coaches to develop strong teacher instructional delivery and campus content leadership capacity.

cognitive and instructional coaching with constructive feedback modeling, data
interpretation and on-campus site assistance.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Education or in direct related field; Master's degree from an accredited university preferred.
Preferred valid Texas Teacher Certificate with required endorsements: ELAR, Math,
Science or Social Studies.
Required 5 plus years of direct experience.
Preferred 2 plus years of supervisory experience.
Ability to solve problems of a high degree of complexity under pressure.
Ability to work on several projects concurrently.

Strong analytical and product management skills required to summarize and interpret data sets and provide recommendations based upon data.
