North American Bancard is looking for an HR Manager who will be responsible for the leadership and facilitation of the development of culture and key capabilities for the organization. This role will be accountable for partnering with leaders and team members to secure and maintain a productive, diverse and engaged workforce, composed of the best talent available. Through the design, development and implementation of People Operations strategies,the HR Manager works to align our Human Capital with the Business Plan design and execution in order to achieve business results and sustainable growth. In this role, you will collaborate with your client leaders to foster a culture of engagement where all team members feel supported to do their best work and enjoy a sense of pride and commitment.
What You'll Do:
Partner with leaders in the development of Integrated Human Capital Plans and ensure alignment with the strategic plans of the organization or entity
Proactively identify, address and improve culture or leadership issues to support a strong productive work environment
Support change management and communication plans to facilitate major organizational changes
Counsel leaders and employees regarding the intent, application, and compliance requirements of internal policies and significant labor and regulatory laws
Assist team members and leaders in resolving issues related to employee relations, performance, and/or code of conduct/ethics
Respond to team member questions with white-gloved customer service, work for best possible outcomes in the shortest amount of time
Conduct fact-finding investigation activities (e.g., interviews, document review, consultation with appropriate Company leaders, etc.) related to internal and external inquiries, complaints and concerns and prescribe appropriate remedy to resolve complaint or concern
What We Need from You:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, Masters in HR or Labor Relations or equivalent preferred
Minimum 6 years HR experience, including 4 years' experience as a business partner or a generalist capacity; experience leading direct reports preferred
Experience in Financial Services, Technology, FinTec, Payments processing, or IT support preferred
Experience working in a privately owned, high growth company with an engaged owner preferred
How to Stand Out:
Performance Management (PM), Leadership Development and Succession Planning experience;
Strong in conflict resolution and Employee Relations
Experience with Workday
Change management and project management skills
Workforce planning and organizational design

Salary Range: $76,009 - $ 136,000
Pay within this range varies by work location and on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We look forward to discussing your salary expectations and our full total rewards offerings throughout the interview process.
Travel Required: 10%
