Ensure human resources strategies align with organizational business goals
Evaluate human resources processes and strategies to determine improvements to be made and report findings to senior leadership
Supervise and provide coaching to Human Capital staff
Facilitate employee performance evaluations and salary review process
Develop, deliver, and coordinate training seminars under the guidance of Corporate Human Capital Provide individual staff and management counseling and serve as mediator for disputes as needed
Ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the program
Maintain current knowledge of relevant human capital procedures and practices, and relevant labor laws
Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree
At least five (5) years of related experience required
At Least three (3) years of leadership experience requiredPHR Certification preferred
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
Working knowledge of Workday, iCIMS a plus
Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
