The Manager of HRIS is responsible for implementing and evaluating HRIS programs for the health system and for working with Human Resources management, upper management, external resources, consultants, and all levels of the organization to resolve any issues related to HRIS functions. This position will generally oversee the general operation of an HRIS System(s), the selection of projects, project timeframes, and project deliverables.
Requires: BA/BS in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field required. 5-8 years of experience in HRIS, IT or related field required. 0-1 years management experience preferred.
Proficient experience with UltiPro. Proficient experience supporting multiple systems within HR and HRIS preferred.
Proficient understanding of HRIS programs, policies, and procedures.
Proficient knowledge with FTP and other fundamentals of TCP/IP protocols. Proficient knowledge with relevant legal requirements and regulations.
