Position Description
As an HRIS Manager, your role will be to manage, implement and maintain all HR systems, services and applications used to house or transport employee data for the Company. You will lead project coordination and day-to-day management for the Company's Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) team. You will also oversee vendor management to ensure system performance standards are met. Primary systems focus: SAP SuccessFactors, UKG,Ceridian Dayforce, Kronos, and SAP Concur.
You will do this by:
Leading the HRIS team in managing day-to-day activities to support the business needs by partnering with HR Reps and other HR Subject Matter Experts (Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, etc.)
Building and maintaining positive relationships within the Company to ensure efficient and effective delivery of HRIS applications.
Prioritizing data integrity through an audit strategy and routine data analysis. Ensuring all HR-related systems or systems outside of HR maintaining employee data are compliant with data protection laws
Promoting proactive approaches using HRIS to solve business issues, while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of HRIS capabilities. Regularly collaborating with different functional leaders to identify needed improvements and/or enhancements to existing systems; recommends and implements solutions.
Negotiating priorities, resources and requirements, based on business needs, with IT, Payroll, HR Reps and other stakeholders as appropriate.
Overseeing the development of documentation and maintenance of all departmental training, processes and procedures.
Managing and maintaining the integrity of the integrations between all systems.
Leadinglarge scale projects, including implementations, acquisitions, migrations, etc. Develops project scope, objectives and timeline to manage risk, meet deadlines and ensure successful execution.
Identifying new technology and staying abreast of technical trends to support a modern strategy for the HRIS roadmap.
Performinga full range of managerial responsibilities which may include but not be limited to: interviewing, hiring, coaching and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; EEO/AA; performance management; department budget.
Performing other duties as assigned.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in related field, or equivalent education and experience
Experience Requirements
Minimum seven years progressive HRIS experience
Strong implementation and integration experience
Experience developing effective Data Integrity and Audit strategies
Project management experience preferred
Minimum three years experience managing staff preferred
Experience managing vendors, to include RFP development, vendor selection and project management of implementation/transition
