The Manager manages assigned client base by supporting executives to develop and implement people strategies to positively impact business goals, defines requirements and business needs for the development of leadership and workforce capability within the division, serves as an executive consultant and coach, actively is involved and leads division Work Force Strategic Planning and major projects and understands and translates business strategy to deliver effective HR services. The Manager investigates and resolves Employee Relations issues that have key impacts to the business (executive level), monitors progress through division Operating Reviews, leads division Succession Planning and Talent Review programs, and consults on leadership hiring across the division(s), collaborates, consults, and partners with COEs on strategy and business needs and serves as a member of the Division Executive team in terms of communication, rounding, visibility, and programs/events.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of patient information.
Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process
Must be proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard
Strong interpersonal skills
Acts as a strategic partner to the senior leadership team to drive the people strategy, organizational design, leadership development and process of change and transformation that will build stronger functional organizations capable of enhancing business performance.
Executes annual calibration sessions to drive performance discussions and ensure consistency and equity in performance ratings.
Investigates and resolves Employee Relations issues that have key impacts to the business (executive level).
Understands and translates business strategy to deliver effective HR services.
Facilitates and drives difficult performance discussions.
