Under the direction of the Sr. Grants Program Manager, the HIV Program Manager is responsible for assuring that one or more HIV grants are in full compliance with the terms and conditions of the award. Ensures data, billing, and contract compliance is successfully completed on a timely basis. Works with post-award grant projects to provide essential data and other information used by administrative, programmatic, clinical, and financial areas. Successfully develops billing practices for various grants with differing requirements. Ensures that Grants Administration is conducted in compliance with various contract guidelines and follows appropriate policies and procedures set forth by the contract, departmental, and organizational guidelines in relation to all aspects of billing, invoicing, and project management.# # Annual Salary Range: $65,686.40 - $96,886.40 # Qualifications Education: Requires a Bachelor#s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Nursing, Public Administration, Business Administration or related field, or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will result in the required specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work.# A Master#s degree is preferred. Experience: Must have a minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible grant management, healthcare administration, public workplace or significant exposure to a full range of grant management (supervision, reporting, billing, monitoring) experience that demonstrates an understanding of the required knowledge, skills and abilities. The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of grant management or project management in a healthcare environment. Management of many activities simultaneously and re-prioritization is a daily activity. Must have knowledge of project management, grants operations and contract and grant processes. Must be knowledgeable about and assure compliance with all regulations related to the conduct of grants. Must have the ability to supervise and coordinate the work of subordinate personnel in a manner conducive to full performance and high morale. Must be approachable, people oriented, and a good listener. Must be a change agent able to develop, implement and maintain policies and processes. Requires the ability to be a creative, independent thinker. Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism, customer service, and enthusiasm, combined with the ability to build relationships with business and key stakeholders. Must possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills along with the ability to utilize the appropriate management techniques to plan, organize, control and coordinate activities. Must have the ability to read, write and speak effectively in English. #
