Responsibilities

Partnerships

  • Research and develop new B2B/B2C partnership opportunities; actively solicit partners to support NOI goals;

  • Develop compelling value propositions, events and/or programs tailored to each partner;

  • Lead and manage the execution of partner events; act as main point of contact between partners, Management and stakeholders.

Operations

  • Add value to the Member experience by anticipating Members' needs and concerns - from onboarding through move-out.

  • Troubleshoot and respond to Members' needs / comments / complaints; take corrective actions, relay pertinent information and/or escalate to management as appropriate.

  • Support the overall day-to-day operations of High Line Nine.

Content

  • Act as main point of contact for Members to ensure exhibition and event content is distributed to relevant stakeholders, on a consistent and timely basis.

  • Manage all day to day liaisons with social media and PR agencies.

Help Management with other special projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 5+ years in a business role related to partnerships, revenue growth and/or customer experience.

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing or related field

Working conditions:

  • This role will be based primarily at High Line Nine -- an innovative hybrid art gallery & exhibition space with abundant natural light (not an office environment)
  • The ability to work early mornings, evenings and/or weekends when required is essential.

This position is responsible for leading Oversight Unit of Americas First Line of Defense (FLoD) Control Office. The Head of Oversight Unit will develop FLoD governance framework in BSA/AML, carry out oversight of on-boarding and KYC activities and create matrix and reporting structures. The position also leads the project management role in the US Remediation and Enhancement Program's ("USREP") FLoD responsibilities. Further, the role requires assisting Global Role Out (GRO) implementation in the FLoD, and supports various MUFG Americas FLoD as requested by the Head of FLoD Control Office. Lead the FLoD Oversight Unit and the development of governance framework. The position is responsible for the FLoD control initiatives, such as oversight of On-boarding & KYC processes, activities and its performance, and data quality control including reviewing its scope, sampling, testing, reporting and assessing effectiveness of quality control, managing risk tolerance, developing FLoD governance framework, creating matrix & reporting to appropriate governing body, and building and implementing effective training to improve FLoD AML/BSA. Implements an effective FLoD control framework and governance across the business lines to identify and remediate control issues or risks, raises issues as appropriate, builds appropriate action plans to obtain resolutions of critical issues. You are responsible for leading various USREP FLoD initiatives as a Project leader of the FLoD's central PMO by establishing and implementing project action plans, executing and monitoring project activities, modify plans as needed. Actively handles the governance process required to ensure the consistent and effective delivery of projects throughout the organization. Establishes and implements the policies and procedures necessary for the Bank to achieve expected outcomes in the area of Project Management. Provides regular status updates, influences LoB senior leaders and drive project execution, identifies appropriate resources to assess risks, controls, and regulatory compliance issues. You will lead implementation of Global Roll Out (GRO) with wider scope including sanctions by coordinating with Head office in Japan as the FLoD representative.
