The Manager, HEOR is an integral member of the HEOR team who leverages therapeutic and product knowledge of Novartis products to optimize access and reimbursement for pipeline, newly launched and marketed products in the U.S.

Major Accountabilities:

  • Maintain compliant collaboration with Global and US Medical and Commercial teams to ensure alignment of HEOR strategy with business and customer needs.

  • Provide HEOR functional expertise and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify strategies and execute tactics to support the value of assigned pipeline, newly launched and/or marketed product in the US.

  • Develop timely high quality and relevant HEOR data necessary to demonstrate clinical, economic, and humanistic product value to payers and other decision makers. Manage and execute various HEOR studies (claim database analyses, economics models, chart review studies, etc.) including vendor management, contracting and budget planning/reporting, with support from the operation manager team.

  • Support the patient reported outcomes strategy as applicable.

  • Collaborate with field-based medical teams, to develop proactive and/or reactive HEOR tools supporting value communications to external stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory Novartis requirements & policies for HEOR.

Purpose of Role The Log Ops Performance Associate Manager will support the Sr. Mgr of Performance Management & Productivity. This role includes the daily, weekly & monthly reporting of our DMS, along with preparing the weekly & monthly PMO reporting to the VP of CS&L. This role also plays a key role in providing insights on our Logistics performance, working alongside Logistics & Finance Leadership team to determine root causals. The candidate will also run. What-If " Scenarios on key projects impact our Logistics costs. The Associate Manager will participate in Regional ""Loss Analysis"" to develop 3 year road map for Logistics. The candidate will lead & partake in the monthly productivity governance of CS&L projects and lead the discussions with the individual teams to validate KPI and project progress.
