CGI's US_Global Technology Operations team is searching for a strong Manager to lead our Operations Support Services Teams. This individual is responsible for managing Staff and critical processes that govern our core ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change) This position also provided leadership over the Disaster Recovery services and the Security Vulnerability and Patch Management services.
A key expectation of this leader will be to help drive processes that are efficient, repeatable and support our core business operations. This position will be critical in leading the transition of legacy processes and controls into the new Cloud and Hybrid Cloud environments.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Responsible for Member care (performance reviews, MSAPs, Salary Reviews, etc.)
Hiring, developing and continuous training of personnel
Responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of the compliance and legal responsibilities to ensure that areas of responsibility are able to meet and or exceed all expectations for Audits.
Work closely with all teams to support existing and new projects
Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of IPC, DRE and Security Path Management
Follow and promote quality best practices from all sides of Operations Support
Continuous Improvement and Cost Efficiencies
ITIL Process execution and governance
ITIL Certified (preferred ) or minimum of y years supporting a ITIL environment
Strong Process and Documentation Skills
Planning and Coordination
Monitoring and Reporting (System Availability, Performance, Capabilities Metrics)
Financial Management and Cost Savings
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Very strong interpersonal skills with ability to build Teams / Teamwork across the organization and other Delivery Services Towers.
Performance Management and leadership of Operating Systems Management and Technical Teams
Daily liaison with IT Senior Executives, VP, internal and external customers
Advise Vendor management on hardware/software selection
Performance Management and Leadership
