We have an new opportunity for a Global Service Delivery Manager in our Orlando FL location. The Global Services Delivery Manager is a global subject matter expert and leader who will manage all aspects of the international opportunities and service delivery in a group of strategic enterprise accounts. He/She will establish and grow trusted advisor relationships with the client, leveraging the world-class Global Services team to drive our combined Hardware and Services business forward. The Global Service Delivery Manager will also work closely with all other Presidio teams (Sales Operations, Finance, Engineering, Sales) engaged on the account.
Roles and Resposibilities:
Expands Presidio's relationships with select global customers through frequent direct contact and service delivery that helps increase profitability, quality of service and drive revenue.
Ensure Presidio's Global brand are products or services that are recognized pretty much throughout our customers ecosystem. This will help ensure that the Presidio's brand values are presented in a consistent manner in areas of the customers business.
Establishes strong client relationships, and leverages industry expertise to translate the client's long-range business plan into a services strategy. Identifies and pursue new business opportunities within the existing accounts.
Regularly meet and negotiate with external executive level upper management to create and win business. Including intensify market penetration, build brand recognition, increase customer loyalty and improve bottom line profitability.
Strengthen and support the relationship between indentifed strategic global customers, Global Services, Presidio's Sales, Sales Ops and Finance teams.
Work with sales to drive revenue and gross margin.
Coordinate with in-country vendors and ensure QOS.
Meet regularly with sales to develop and propose appropriate solutions and activities to support their international customers.
Establish and maintain effective communications with sales and marketing, including timely reporting of operations results.
Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment with their business objectives and strategy.
Keep all stakeholders informed about outcomes and deliverables at a global and local level
Analysis of demand patterns and trends by customers.
Proactive planning and coordination with sales based on demand patterns and trends
Build and enhance organizational reputation.
Provide contextual intelligence.
Provide valued counsel and be a trusted advisor.
Offer organizational leadership.

Bachelors degree or equivalent work or military experience
7 years of professional service experience managing international projects with a focus on customer delivery management and new business development.
Experience working on projects that span a global, diverse organization.
