6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
At least 5 years of sales compensation experience with progressively increasing responsibility and complexity of work
Experience establishing effective minimal risk processes, developing effective quality controls in an end-to-end operational environment that includes end-user training and communications
Experience as a power user of at least one major sales compensation tool such as Xactly, NICE, Callidus, Varicent, Optymyze, or others
Knowledge and experience in risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting
Strong knowledge of sales incentive compensation concepts, sales data tracking processes, and methodologies
Proficient in using advanced functions and formulas in Excel and data validation
Experienced in creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets, dashboards, charts, and reports that present data in a clear and accurate manner
Skilled in using data analysis tools, such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or SAS, to manipulate, visualize, and interpret large and complex data sets
Able to perform data quality checks, data cleansing, data transformation, and data integration tasks using various tools and techniques
Capable of communicating data findings and recommendations effectively to various stakeholders using oral, written, and graphical formats
Proven experience in business process improvement, with the ability to identify and implement process changes that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience, certification in six sigma preferred
Excellent verbal, analytical, and written communication, and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with exemplary organization skills, must possess "can do" attitude
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience of successfully executing against tight deadlines, with a collaboration mind-set
Detail-oriented, organized, and quality-focused, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Experience in working with cross-functional/cross-departmental and virtual teams
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 119,100.00 to 172,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
