About the Role
The Retail Performance Manager provides guidance and leadership in operational excellence for both our company owned stores as well as Franchise partners. This individual will provide project leadership to our corporate brand teams to on-board all new franchise partners as well as to enter new company owned markets. In addition, this role will be instrumental in developing processes and tools to effectively manage brand standards in all markets. Key areas of focus include overall project management, updating of global policies and procedures, and managing processes for operational excellence. This role reports to the Vice President, Global Retail Performance and is based in San Francisco.

In collaboration with all functional partners, develop and implement plans that successfully on-board new franchisees and/or successfully enter a new market for company owned business:
Project management tools and resources
Problem resolution and escalation to ensure timelines are met
On-boarding training resources and tools for key franchisee roles
Maintain and update global policy and procedures for franchise partners.
Maintain and update global policy and procedures for company owned stores.
Manage and edit US training materials to be relevant for global markets and develop new training materials as necessary.
Develop and implement tools to grow operational excellence
Manage global communications process for company owned stores.

Four-year college degree required
An understanding of the specialty retail industry including merchandising, inventory management, store operations, profitability requirements and other metrics
A minimum of 10 of years project management and leadership experience in multi-brand retail organizations
Ability and flexibility to travel globally without restriction and for extended periods
A track record of achieving and exceeding business results
