The position will actively build strategies to spearhead the development of global campaigns, give strategic guidance to Business Units (BU) as well as drive marketing plans to support Collaborations and Licensing initiatives in Outlet. Will act as a key partner for global cross functional teams and Business Units.The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to. * Create global marketing strategies that will help transform the brand in Outlet globally and translate these strategies into impactful campaigns to drive traffic, sales, and main the brand message across global Business Units. * Manage creative briefs for all Women's projects, supporting Sr. Manager in driving marketing strategy and ensuring marketing strategies, programs, and investments align with global vision for brand & channel. Work closely with GM outlet partners to identify & align on product priorities & messages. * Ensure Coach Global marketing strategy guidance are translated into strong 360 Marketing Plans in each BU *
  • Gain buy-in from BU on global strategy; assist BU in refining their activation plans & nuance for market relevancy * Act as the primary contact for Outlet creative team * Foster collaboration and ensure proper flow and clarity of communication so global guidelines are fully understood and BU feedback / specific consumer & competitive expertise are taken into consideration * Analyze at global level performance of seasonal initiatives against set KPIs; create best practices to share across different regions * Partner with Sr Manager to manage global annual goals and marketing planning. Assist with annual planning calendar for all marketing and promotional activities to drive outlet and brand building initiatives including new product launch, new store openings, special events, etc. * Build strong relationships with key cross functional partners (Creative Services, web/digital marketing, CRM, Global Merchandising, Inventory Planning, Visual Merchandising, NA Marketing and Buy teams, etc ) to execute cohesive marketing communication needed to drive business * Partner with Sr. Manager to drive strong innovation agenda in the channel; push disruptive initiatives that will surprise & delight the shopper; manage pilots and plan for aggressive global roll out of best practices * Build competitive Intelligence, identifying competitor activity and key global trendsCoach is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer and we pride ourselves on hiring and developing the best people. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: With minimal supervision responsibilities will include but are not limited to * Manage admin needs for VP and NYHQ based Global Hematology and Commercial Excellence teams (i.e. travel, expense reports, meeting request, etc.) * Proactive management of VP calendar, identifying and resolving calendar conflicts, making adjustments as needed * Provide full team meeting support including scheduling meetings and/or other events across multiple time zones with specific responsibility for agendas, conference rooms, presentations, pre-reads, copies, capturing notes, creating action log and distribution of minutes and actions * Assists teams in the organization of internal and external events (i.e. Congresses, YBMs, Symposiums) in accordance with all relevant SOPs and Compliance requirements * Manage and maintain Sharepoint and ensure all materials are up to date and within compliance * Monitor and provide access to required systems (e.g. Share Points, GCMA, etc.) for internal and external stakeholders * Maintain and distribute updated organization charts and email distribution lists on a timely basis * Assist with on-boarding of new hires, either colleagues, contractors, interns based in NYHQ * Manage facilities related issues including office space and moves for the teams * Engage in special projects including process improvement, governance, colleague engagement forums, training, and other initiatives * Site contact for external visitors QUALIFICATIONS: * HS diploma required and 7+ years of applicable coordinator/administrator experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment * OR Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of applicable coordinator/administrator experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment * Proven ability to manage day to day planning and operational activities including strong project, time management and organizational skills * High level of proficiency with computers and various systems/platforms: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, Box, * Demonstrated proficiency of Pfizer internal systems such as Sharepoint, ENGAGE, PT&E, Ariba, Yammer, etc. * Understand and assist in complete compliance to all MAPP processes and all relevant Pfizer SOPs * Demonstrated ability to identify priorities and exercise sound judgment in accomplishing work in appropriate priority order, based on own assessment of urgency and importance to ensure deadlines are met and leaders are prepared * Exceptional written and verbal communications skills * Professional maturity and presence with demonstrated ability to show good judgment and discretion; Discretion and trustworthiness in dealing with confidential situations * Demonstrates expert collaboration and relationship building skills by working proactively in a team environment to share knowledge, influence best-practices, and coordinate workflow. * Works well with staff located across various sites, as well as with external contacts, to coordinate schedules and priorities Sunshine Act Pfizer reports payments and other transfers of value to health care providers as required by federal and state transparency laws and implementing regulations.
