As a Global Lead Management Manager you are responsible for driving the end-to-end design, roadmap, implementation plans and documentation for lead management programs. You serve as the key technical leader in identification and validation of user requirements, aligning all systems teams to a common roadmap and deliver best in class processes and product to your customers. You are responsible for organizing and coordinating the work of several teams within Salesforce to ensure customer user stories are being delivered, and system performance is maintained. You also assist the organization in developing complex, yet easy to understand programs accompanied by robust documentation and training.
This role develops inventive solutions to improve sales productivity, drive best practices in marketing automation, enable lead management enhancements, manage data governance across systems, and lead the reporting and analytics used to consistently refine and improve sales and marketing programs. As the technical product owner for the CRM and marketing automation systems, you are responsible for the product roadmap to support the global marketing team's strategic initiatives and on-going operations as it relates to your programs. You provide technical leadership for software development lifecycle activities including requirements, impact analysis, system architecture, technical development and testing, technical support and administration.
High preference this role sit in Seattle but also open to seating at any US-based AWS corporate office. Relocation assistance to one of these locations from within the US only.
Manage the team of Technical Product Managers and Data Engineers and ensure high service delivery and execution
Author documents relating to product life cycle including product roadmap, business requirements and functional specifications.
Contribute and own leadership documents including Monthly Business Reviews, Weekly Business Reviews and roadmap updates.
Accountable to deliver a product roadmap alignment across teams (primarily Engineering, Operations, Product Management, Business Development, and Marketing)
Create repeatable mechanisms to improve the operational efficiency of the team for project intakes, execution, delivery and change management.
Exhibit excellent judgment on how to prioritize between focusing features, architectural improvements and operational excellence
Engage stakeholders across globe; demonstrate business acumen and skills in driving change by developing business proposals and driving implementation of recommendations through effective written and oral communication.
Work with data engineering team and Software development teams to improve tools, processes and reporting dashboards
Formulate, Implement, Track career path & Individual Development Plans of each member in the Team
2+ years' experience in successfully managing with a small-medium sized team across different job functions
5+ years' experience technical product management experience
5+ years' experience managing the software development lifecycle including knowledge of agile development practices
6+ years' experience building and supporting enterprise-wide CRM applications for a global high-tech company
7+ years' experience working directly with engineering teams
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Bachelors' degree in a technical discipline or 4+ years' professional IT-related experience
Master's degree in a related technical discipline or an additional 2+ year's additional relevant professional experience
5+ years' experience with CRM platform (Marketo, SFDC, Eloqua)
2 + years' experience with AWS services
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Able to operate successfully in a lean and fast-paced organization
Proficiency with BI, Data Hygiene and Data Visualization tool
Experience with agile development methodologies (i.e. Scrum, XP, etc.)
Experience in non-technical aspects including idea generation, business analysis, and process optimization

The base pay range for this position in Colorado is $ 115k -160k per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
