Manager, Global Brand Marketing - Lee: Become the Newest Member of Kontoor Brands

The Global Brand Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and further development of key brand marketing communication elements - focusing on key lifestyle and consumer targets - that are tied to the overall global brand communications strategies. While focusing on the global strategy, it has responsibilities for maintaining cohesiveness to the overall brand strategies in the planning and execution of such consumer-focused elements as: retail sell-in, advertising development, media planning and buying, imagery development and photo shoot production/execution, on-product packaging, endorsements, sponsorships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the strategic marketing programs and campaigns, focused on key global product platforms and launches, to drive awareness, nterest, and desire for the Lee brand and its products with wholesale as well as with consumers across the globe.

  • Manages global partner adherence to brand guidelines. Works to ensure and preserve brand integrity within all marketing elements and maintain brand's value in the global marketplace.

  • Partners with VP Global Marketing and Coordinator Global Marketing to develop and execite best-in-class marketing campaigns across ecomm, paid media, social, events, and PR.

  • Partners with cross functional business functions (design, sales, merchandising) to develop and execute key sell in materials for key brand and product stories as the GTM calendar dictates.

  • Leads collaboration with social media team for content creation and publishing.

  • Drives al monthly, quarterly, annual and campaign-based budget management.

  • Has excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate to internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrates sharp writing skills.

  • Possesses impeccable attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and juggle projects effectively. Meets personal deadlines and helps ensure that team and agency deadlines are never missed. Demonstrates resourcefulness and intellectual curiosity.

  • Successfully and collaboratively partners with cross-functional teams to align on key brand stories, product launches and initiatives

  • Has an eye for visual aesthetics, including formatting and layout, and produces polished deliverables

  • Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - can quickly build an effective, polished slide deck or update formulas to maintain a budget tracking document. Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Box, and Canva a plus.

Experience/Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university

  • A minimum of 7+ years integrated brand marketing experience, with experience and knowledge with advertising development, media buying, packaging, promotions, public speaking and preparing/presenting presentations.

  • Clear understanding of the retail sell in and sell thru process as the GTM calendar dictates

  • Experience working with and managing a multi-regional, multi-functional, multi-level marketing as well as key outside strategic partners.

  • Successful experience working with and building apparel, retail, or fashion brands.

VIEW JOBS 8/4/2022 12:00:00 AM 2022-11-02T00:00 Position Summary Deloitte is looking for an internal marketing & communications professional to manage an innovative, high-impact marketing & communication program within Deloitte's Technology Strategy & Partnerships Organization (TS&P) and the Office of the CTO (which resides under TS&P). In the TS&P portion of the role, you'll own and support the planning, writing, editing and amplification of internal TS&P related comms activities that enhance integration across a diverse group of teams and build a strong internal TS&P brand across the firm. Additionally, you will support communications for the Tech Strategy & Partnerships Leader. For the OCTO role (approximately 60%), you will be responsible for developing and executing a formal internal and external brand and marketing strategy for the OCTO and underlying strategic initiatives, as well as establish associated amplification channels and delivery cadence. Working closely with the TS&P Chief of Staff and Director of Tech Strategy, you'll collaborate with TS&P teams and leaders, CTOs, other internal Deloitte communications teams, graphic designers, digital producers, project managers, and outside vendors to create assets and manage comms plans that activate respective team strategies. The goal of TS&P internal communications is to support the TS&P organization in creating distinction and driving differentiation by addressing our clients' most important issues with solutions that integrate the best of Deloitte. Responsibilities * Collaborate with the TS&P Leadership team to conceptualize, write, and edit comms assets including articles, presentations, speaking points, web copy, emails, invitations, scripts, and social media * Build and manage multiple internal TS&P comms plans simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, interdependencies identified, and messaging is consistent and impactful * Collaborate with and advise TS&P teams to ensure their specific needs are understood and communications are appropriately sequenced * Design, build, and maintain content across multiple intranet pages on the TS&P site, ensuring messaging is consistent, current, and supports the strategy * Collaborate with graphic designers, digital producers, project managers, and outside vendors to develop innovative assets on time and on budget * Help TS&P leaders develop their executive brand by defining their platforms, curating content, and identifying publication and external speaking opportunities * Develop tools and processes to support operational excellence of communications * Coordinate with TS&P Operations team to advance knowledge management efforts and overall digital profile * Define and establish the OCTO brand, and implement creative and innovative approaches to grow awareness of OCTO programs across the firm as well as externally * Work closely with OCTO program leaders and stakeholders to help define marketing and communication plans across multiple OCTO initiatives * Coordinate with business marketing teams to cross-activate marketing campaigns and messaging * Understand and translate Deloitte brand and style guidelines into a clear, confident, and human voice The Team The US Technology Strategy, Partnerships & Commercialization team supports Deloitte's strategic Technology based goals.
