Manager, Global Brand Marketing - Lee: Become the Newest Member of Kontoor Brands
The Global Brand Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and further development of key brand marketing communication elements - focusing on key lifestyle and consumer targets - that are tied to the overall global brand communications strategies. While focusing on the global strategy, it has responsibilities for maintaining cohesiveness to the overall brand strategies in the planning and execution of such consumer-focused elements as: retail sell-in, advertising development, media planning and buying, imagery development and photo shoot production/execution, on-product packaging, endorsements, sponsorships.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversees the strategic marketing programs and campaigns, focused on key global product platforms and launches, to drive awareness, nterest, and desire for the Lee brand and its products with wholesale as well as with consumers across the globe.
Manages global partner adherence to brand guidelines. Works to ensure and preserve brand integrity within all marketing elements and maintain brand's value in the global marketplace.
Partners with VP Global Marketing and Coordinator Global Marketing to develop and execite best-in-class marketing campaigns across ecomm, paid media, social, events, and PR.
Partners with cross functional business functions (design, sales, merchandising) to develop and execute key sell in materials for key brand and product stories as the GTM calendar dictates.
Leads collaboration with social media team for content creation and publishing.
Drives al monthly, quarterly, annual and campaign-based budget management.

Has excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate to internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrates sharp writing skills.
Possesses impeccable attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and juggle projects effectively. Meets personal deadlines and helps ensure that team and agency deadlines are never missed. Demonstrates resourcefulness and intellectual curiosity.
Successfully and collaboratively partners with cross-functional teams to align on key brand stories, product launches and initiatives
Has an eye for visual aesthetics, including formatting and layout, and produces polished deliverables
Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - can quickly build an effective, polished slide deck or update formulas to maintain a budget tracking document. Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Box, and Canva a plus.
Experience/Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university
A minimum of 7+ years integrated brand marketing experience, with experience and knowledge with advertising development, media buying, packaging, promotions, public speaking and preparing/presenting presentations.
Clear understanding of the retail sell in and sell thru process as the GTM calendar dictates
Experience working with and managing a multi-regional, multi-functional, multi-level marketing as well as key outside strategic partners.
Successful experience working with and building apparel, retail, or fashion brands.
