Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting and coordinating fundraising projects, programs and events for the Women's Auxiliary membership groups as well as supporting donor recognition, donor cultivation and hospital fundraising projects. This role also includes managing a team and overseeing their day to day contributions toward the Foundation's goals via defined programs, fundraising activities/events. This position requires a focus on revenue results and donor/volunteer engagement. This includes working closely with Foundation leadership and external audiences on the planning, implementation and evaluation of these projects. This person will directly communicate and liaison with Women's Auxiliary membership and Board Members, Children's donors, community leaders and Children's Senior Leadership Team, as well as represent Children's to external audiences and membership groups. This person will maintain a working knowledge of relevant government regulations, organization policies and relevant donor database software.
Responsibilities:
Manage Development Professionals and ensure all prospects/donors/volunteers are properly engaged, cultivated, stewarded and recognized to set the stage for elevated and consistent giving. Work with Major Giving Officers and across the Foundation to elevate annual supporters to the next level.
Oversee creation and production of program marketing materials and PR for proper branding and messaging to capitalize on all opportunities to set Children's Health up as a cause-of-choice in North Texas.
Work with the stewardship team to execute a new stewardship program that includes annual supporters.
Partner with Foundation and system communications and events teams on execution of regular events, promotional campaigns, brand positioning, digital marketing and sales strategies.
This is a full-time position.

EDUCATION
Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Required
Graduate or professional work or advanced degree; or equivalent experience Preferred
