Manager, Fp&A (Procurement)

Job Description:

As Business Partner to the Procurement Organization, the Manager, FP&A (Procurement) will be responsible for all procurement financial analysis globally.

In this role, you will interface with all levels within Procurement, Operations, Finance and Business Teams providing management with the necessary data, analysis, and insight to support decision making. This role reports directly to the Director, Supply Chain Finance and can be based in Glen Mills or Philadelphia, PA.

As the Manager, FP&A (Procurement) you will:

• Oversee the detailed financial planning, reporting, and analysis of both direct and indirect procurement costs globally - trend analysis, variance to plan / forecast, KPI management / tracking, and clear communication of drivers, providing in-depth analysis to management.

• Perform monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes for procurement costs coordinating with the procurement team to include latest market trends, cost reduction projects, etc.

• Partner with regional procurement teams to provide pertinent data and insights to establish operational and financial goal alignment and drive towards results.

• Work with procurement teams to analyze impacts on cash flow (inventory and accounts payables).

• Cross functionally support processes around inventory management.

• Drive and track cost savings projects including impact to Business P&L and strength of pipeline.

• Drive process improvements and identify areas to automate data insights for internal management reporting.

• Provide project-related planning, project management, financial modeling and analysis.

Qualifications

Required:

• Degree(s): Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline.

• Minimum of 6 years of work experience in financial planning and analysis, or corporate finance.

• Experience working for a manufacturing business.

• Experience in analytical, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Experience partnering with a strong internal customer service focus.

• Experience meeting tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including power pivots, working with large datasets etc.

• Ability to travel as required, including internationally -10%

Preferred:

• MBA preferred.

• Experience working across global teams.

• Experience with SAP and business intelligence / data visualization tools (SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Business Objects, SQL, Tableau and / or Microsoft Power BI) a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to all levels of the organization.
