Plans, organizes, directs and controls activities for Laureate Psychiatric Clinic and Hospital nutrition department.
Develops policies and procedures making sure regulatory agencies and TJC standards are met. Demonstrates a sound knowledge of food management and clinical nutrition expertise by monitoring meal satisfaction, delivery, and safety. Plans budget, recruits personnel, trains, coaches, and evaluates job performance. Provides up to 16 hours of clinical nutrition assessment, education, and development of nutritional care plans for inpatients.
Education: Baccalaureate Degree, Registered Dietitian and a current Dietitian License with the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision.
Work Experience: 1 year of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Computer skills:
Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Demonstrated good interpersonal and communication skills.
