• This role is salaried, 100% remote and falls under our unlimited PTO plan. The salary range for $110-125k based on location and experience.

Job Overview:

This position will be the key business partner and financial liaison between the assigned business area and in tandem with the business, the Manager will liaise as necessary within and across functional areas to ensure the finances of the business are accurately accounted for, understood at the transactional level and reported in a timely and consistent main objective of this role is to provide businesses with a financial expert who understands their unique operational needs an advocate and support their objectives within and outside of finance.

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Partner with the business to identify key drivers impacting performance and participate in the development and execution of processes, projects, and/or plans to improve issues within the business and drive profitable growth.

• Lead, execute and own the annual budget process for assigned business area.

• This includes identifying key budget drivers, proposed budget scenarios and partnering with the business to ensure there is alignment, that the budget represents the objectives of the business.

• Deliver periodic forecasts for applicable area in partnership with the business adhering to timelines set by corporate.

• Analyze, document, and communicate variations between actual results and budget/forecast/prior year/etc. as needed.

• Performs other relevant job duties as required.

Job Requirements:

Education/ Certifications

• Masters Finance/Accounting degree or equivalent professional experience

• 7 - 10 years of experience in financial and/or business analytic positions

• Business Implementation Experience

• System Implementation Experience

• Budgeting and forecasting experience necessary

• TMS, Oracle and PowerBI preferred

• Supply Chain Inbound Logistics preferred

• Demonstrated success in business partnership as well as leading and delivering solutions to complex business opportunities

• Advanced skillset in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access and related software applications
