Your Role

The Manager is responsible for delivering sound financial analysis related to sales, margin and inventory. Analytics are leveraged by business unit leaders during the monthly Merchandise Planning Committee meeting to hindsight, plan and align on future business unit strategies. Other types of financial analysis performed are dedicated to Europe DC financials, inventory planning and clearance strategy.

Your Impact

  • Prepare and analyze reporting that identify business risks/opportunities as they relate to sales, margin, and inventory management.

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/seasonal business review analysis as it relates to sales, margin, and inventory management to support key milestone meetings including amongst others: weekly business support meetings, monthly MPC, and quarterly earnings support.

  • Prepare quarterly/seasonal analysis related to LCM and intercompany inventory transfers.

  • Collaborate with many cross functional partners from Planning, FP&A, Inventory Deployment, Inventory Control, US Outlets, and Production & Sourcing.

  • Complete special projects and ad hoc analysis as directed.

Minimum Salary: $107,000.00

Maximum Salary: $145,950.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Five to Seven years of finance and/or accounting experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred

  • Advanced degree, CPA or MBA preferred

  • Experience in retail or apparel manufacturing environment a plus

  • Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills

  • Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills

  • Experience with process and/or project management

  • Ability to think analytically and creatively

  • Demonstrated initiative and drive to achieve results

  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills

  • Advanced PC skills including Excel, Access and PowerPoint

  • SAP, Hyperion, and MSI experience preferred
