This role will support the Marketplace business teams, reporting to the Director Finance, and ultimately report in through the US eCommerce Finance team.

You'll make an impact by:

• Establishing and cultivating relationships across the organization to enhance communication, and streamline project management

• Guiding and supporting the business in making efficient decisions, considering both costs and benefits

• Offering financial support and business cases for essential strategic initiatives

• Own close processes and develop and execute on forecasting process for assigned business

• Streamline ongoing reporting and help build a sustainable review cadence with business

• Provide input for business decisions by producing financial models incorporating assumptions, expectations, and known risks; preparing presentations and other supporting materials for recommendations;

• Contributing to business decisions by creating financial models that incorporate assumptions, expectations, and known risks, preparing presentations and other materials to support recommendations, and participating in business case presentations to senior and executive management

• Driving the company strategy with excellence, delivering outstanding results, presenting effectively at all levels, and fostering self and team development

• Promoting and enforcing company policies, procedures, mission, values, and ethical standards by training and guiding others in their application, ensuring compliance, and supporting the Open Door Policy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 2 years' experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.

• Senior leadership decision support and influencing experience

• Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines

• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills

• Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
