Job Description:

Manager supporting the Allowance for Credit Losses process including month-end close, reporting and supporting documentation. Reporting includes both management and external reporting including earnings, 10-Q/K, regulatory filings and executive committee reporting as well as quarter-end close, forecast and stress test reporting.

Supporting documentation includes summary of quarterly metrics, events and controls which are reviewed with management, auditors and regulators as well as through SOX processes. The position will provide the Manager with a consolidated view of Allowance for Credit Losses for both Consumer and Commercial Loan Portfolios and the related credit metrics that impact the reserve process. Role will participate in preparation and parallel testing for new accounting standard Current Expected Credit Losses with implementation in 2020.

CSSOT has a footprint in 15 US markets and employs close to 3,000 employees and contractors. Responsibilities: * Partners with CSSOT Technology Executives and Business Support Mangers (BSMs) to analyze financials (base and initiative) to drive business decisions * Coordinates monthly and quarterly forecasting process and reporting in partnership with Finance, BSMs and PMOs * Ensures consistent practices around key processes * Serves as the point person for coordination of business activities including financial control/budgeting, personnel processes, workspace, resource strategy, hiring and communication * Coordinates and drives effective management routines, overseeing the preparation of relevant materials and talking points (e.g. Quarterly Business Reviews, Monthly Business Review, regulatory meetings, town halls, etc.) * Articulates risks and opportunities to forecast; partners with BSMs and Finance to provide transparency across the portfolio around variances between actuals and forecasts and between quarterly forecasts * Conducts ad-hoc analysis and reporting on a range of topics (e.g., personnel, cost to serve, etc.), as needed.
