KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our KPMG Strategy practice.
Responsibilities:
Support selling, delivering, and leading client engagements assisting corporate and private equity clients with significant transactions including acquisitions and divestitures with focus on the finance & accounting function
Work with KPMG's M&A Services teams on F&A engagements and/or work streams, focusing on full range of treasury activities at the clients
Partner with KPMG teams including financial due diligence, accounting advisory services, transaction tax, management consulting financial management, enterprise system, risk consulting and treasury services
Assist with selling, and delivering client engagements for corporate and private equity groups with significant transactions including acquisitions and divestitures with operational focus on the finance & accounting function
Qualifications:
Minimum of five years of experience providing treasury and management consulting services to corporate and/or private equity clients as part of a major consulting/advisory firm or minimum of eight years of treasury management experience with a Fortune 500 organization; experience to include go-to-market activities including writing proposals and orals presentations, engagement setup including drafting engagement letters, working with risk management, and setting up engagements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field; MBA a plus
Experience with engagement delivery to include project management of complex cross-functional and Finance only engagements; ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at the functional and executive level
Significant Operational M&A transaction experience in all phases of the deal lifecycle from pre-signing to post-close operations; must have extensive hands-on experience assisting with the operational details of transactions both pre- and post-close
Extensive experience with the treasury function of large complex organizations focusing on Target Operating Model design for Day 1 events and beyond; experience with Treasury, FP&A, Tax and Capital Markets and Treasury Workstations
Intimate knowledge of the working capital operational processes (e.g. A/P, A/R), Treasury Management systems usage and implementations, cash forecasting, banking systems and products, cash pooling structures, intercompany loan environments, market risk management and treasury operations
Proven knowledge and experience with legal entity optimization, transition service agreements (TSAs), charts of accounts, shared services and Day 1 readiness
Willingness and ability to travel

Colorado Salary Statement:
The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
Colorado Salary Range: Low: $95900 - High: $194700
