Manager of Field Services is responsible for leading the Krispy Kreme Equipment Maintenance team, and select 3rd Party Vendors, to ensure proper operation of all doughnut making equipment in Company owned shops, select Franchise partners and Krispy Kreme shops overseas. This individual is responsible for managing the team of in-house technicians and external vendors who maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems on the doughnut production line, and support equipment, to ensure optimal operating results. The Manager is responsible for prioritizing maintenance, scheduling technicians to service equipment and make repairs, oversee the Preventative Maintenance Program, and lead the Customer Service / Parts request department. The successful candidate will oversee the Companies doughnut production equipment operations, manage staff, equipment installations and moves, budget for Capex and R&M spend for all shops, all while remaining in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Company capital forecasting, management, and execution of plan.

  • Company R&M forecasting, management, and execution of plan.

  • Manages scheduling of technicians and external vendors.

  • Lead Preventative Maintenance Program.

  • Lead strategic initiative to ensure no service breakage.

  • Works collaboratively with Division District Managers and Directors.

  • Leads planning and execution of equipment installations.

  • Solicits, qualifies, and onboards new vendors for equipment related repairs.

  • Leads Quarterly review for PM completion, breakdown rate, new line installations, and manpower allocations.

  • Manages equipment audits.

  • Owns Fleet Management for assigned vehicles.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.

  • Works in conjunction with Field Services Coordianator to manage the Corrigo Database to ensure equipment. related work orders are completed in a timely manner.

  • Manages the Field Services Coordinator to ensure all expenses related to service and repair calls are captured in the database.

  • Oversees the removal and disposal of retired equipment.

  • Monitors overtime of hourly associates.

  • Works directly with the Equipment Manufacturing team.

  • Other assigned duties as needed.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years' experience in maintenance management

  • Ability to travel within organization up to 50% of time

  • Strong understanding of Automation, Electrical, Mechanical and manufacturing

  • Able to read and understand OSHA, ANSI, and NFPA regulations.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills

  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effectively manages multiple priorities and workflow.

  • Ability to influence others and interact with all levels of the organization.

  • Organized and attention-to-detail approach, including strong analytical and tactical execution.

  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, high energy environment with an aptitude for working independently

  • Great attention to detail
