Manager Field Ops

Hepaco, a by Clean Harbors company, in Jacksonville, FL is looking for a Manager Field Ops to work at various customer locations, and to join their safety conscious team! This team member is responsible for providing the full range of management, leadership, and supervision required for the successful acquisition, performance, and completion of projects.

Oversee region operations including overall sales & profitability, incl.: 5%

Drive business Goals in revenue achievement, CSR placements, and pulls. 10%

Ensure effective fleet and inventory management. 10%

Drive improvements in on-time performance. 10%

Coordinate with Area General Managers to ensure effective customer service delivery. 10%

Ensure environmental health and safety compliance; assist with branch incident alert and spill response systems. 10%

Support initiatives in Vac and Oil programs. 10%

Assist Finance in preparing branch sales forecast and budget. 5%

Assist in the performance management of all service employees in the region, through coaching and developing branch and market operations management. 30%

Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Related

5 - 7 years

Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Previous branch or operations management.

Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization

Strong Time Management skills

Ability to work within a group or on your own

Travel 75%
