NHQPurpose
Field Operations covers a wide range of roles and responsibilities. At its essence, this position supports our field teams and dealers by reducing the friction/complexity of conducting business, answering their questions, and allows them to focus sales, aftersales, and CX dealer performance.
The primary goal for this position is to support our National Executives with analysis and insights, and to support our field staff to be as effective as possible by providing detailed analytics, reporting, training and much more. This position will also prepare regularly scheduled (and ad hoc) sales reports for HMA management and executive level customers, as well as final monthly national sales reporting for HMA. When it is all said and done, the Field Operations department strives to enhance field effectiveness and productivity.

Major Responsibilities
Interface with and assist the regions in carrying out the priorities and objectives of National Sales, Customer Experience, Aftersales, Dealer Network Development, Marketing, and all operational departments.
This role requires collaboration with all departments to maintain a cooperative relationship.
Use advanced knowledge to support the coordination and approval of Regional and National MSP Programs.
Exercise independent judgement to actively support the development, implementation, and maintenance of new/existing IT systems including SAP, CAARS, Hyundaidealer.com, WebDCS, UAT testing, etc.
Collaborate effectively with HMA personnel and affiliates as needed to accomplish tasks and strategies provided by National Sales Executives.
Produce various reports throughout the month, including OCM KPI tracker, Sales Objectives, Sales Flash, Weekend Business Report, Sales & Inventory Report (S&I), RO Volume, PRM, etc.
Generate ad hoc reports for HMA departments and executive management upon request.
Project management of enhancement of sales tools and programs

Major Responsibilities (continued)
Oversee and manage overall department budgets and forecasts. Maintain supplier agreements, change orders, purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoices.

Authority
Program development, problem identification, and finding solutions are all expected in this position.
All employee evaluations, CR/PR/expense report approvals, program approvals, and budget decisions must ultimately be approved by the Director and/or VP of National Sales.

Education
~ Must be a high school graduate~ Bachelor's degree preferred~ Master's degree a plus

Related Experience
Six or more years of relevant experience with a demonstrated ability creating reports and communications for executive leadership review
Automotive industry experience with Field Operations background a plus
Demonstrated high-level analytical experience and skill set.

Skills/Knowledge
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Proficiency in SAP database management and data extraction.
Excellent interpersonal and communication
High level analytical skills.
Able to problem solve using logic, data, and reasoning.
Able to resolve problems, think analytically and critically, and communicate professionally in high pressure, time sensitive environments.
