KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Risk Strategy & Compliance - Risk Analytics for our Consulting practice.
Provide high quality, professional day-to-day execution of audit engagements and projects in line with firm risk management practices
Develop and support an enterprise risk management program, including the establishment of foundational processes, governing bodies, and operating models
Support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of organizational risks
Integrate internal controls programs and enterprise risk management programs under OMB A-123 guidance
Deliver ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) implementation, to include development of governance guidance, development and/or refinement of risk profiles, supporting reports to client leadership on risks / mitigation strategy
Work on teams focused on advisory projects and assist engagement management to successfully complete engagement objectives
Help identify performance improvement opportunities for clients and lead client presentations
A minimum of five years of Enterprise Risk Management and/or experience performing internal or external audits and knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field; CPA, CIA or CISA and U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred
Working knowledge and experience with auditing tools such as IDEA, Audit Control Language and proficiency in Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Core competencies in enterprise risk management and supplemental internal control experience
Ability to integrate government operating models of governing policies, procedures, internal controls, strategic planning, and enterprise risk management
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and experience in supervising staff level associates and senior associates
Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time
