Job Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records for individuals and closely held businesses
Track investment activities across various asset classes
Prepare and review monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports
Support the preparation of annual tax returns
Interpret and analyze legal documents such as operating agreements and trust agreements
Lead complex financial projects including modeling and analysis
Manage major asset transactions and financing events
Provide insurance oversight and review with brokers
Conduct ongoing education and training for team members
Engage in direct client communication and prioritize client/vendor emails
Approve client invoices and ensure timely bill payments
Oversee accuracy and timeliness of wire transfers
Review general ledger entries and bank reconciliations
Review and assist with tax filings including 1099s and year-end tax packages
Coordinate client meetings and collaborate on tax examination support
Communicate with insurance brokers and resolve billing inquiries
Assist with medical insurance reimbursements
Participate in special client projects such as real estate transactions and investment subscriptions
Contribute to business development efforts as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting required
Minimum of 7 years of experience working with HNW clientele; family office experience
Minimum of 2 years of leadership, management, and training experience
Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks/QBO proficiency required
Proven ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. Compensation Range for this position: $90,000-$125,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
