ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the teams which are delivering the Warner Media Facilities Management Program. Ensures consistent client satisfaction and outcomes across all provided services and amenities. Manages all reactive expenses and adheres to fiscal accountability objectives. Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity.
Provide facility management leadership and team building for delivery of services including continuous management and monitoring of office/facility and accounting functions
Manage Corrigo Work Order Management System
Manage Ariba Requisition approvals and document support requirements for fiscal compliance;
Coordinate & manage facility maintenance and repair services with WM FM Engineering Related 30 Hudson Yards Property Manager and Service Providers.
Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and producers that reduce short and long term operating costs and increase productivity
Provide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required ensuring excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption as needed.
Oversee WM FM Team and Service Provider compliance with safety training
Responsible for local level deployment of WM FM Business Continuity Plan
Manage risk and liability by adherence to WM FM protocols and process to identify gaps in safely delivering projects, reactive and maintenance requirements.
Support development of and manage expense budgets for the assigned areas of responsibility
Daily interface with Associate Directors, Client Liaisons and Facility Associates for review and prioritization of resources
Oversee the monthly/quarterly/annual reporting appropriate for team review, service provider and client liaisons as needed
Work in collaboration with the Associate Directors and Sourcing Team to negotiate new contracts and the maintenance of existing contracts
Provide the lead role to monitor and continuously improve customer satisfaction and overall experience
Manage, research, analyze and report expense budget variances, and work with WM FM team to identify savings opportunities and other work implementation efficiencies
Oversee WM FM Administrative Process to ensure compliance with financial systems and purchasing requirements
Process work requests for control and oversight functions.
5 - 10 years' industry experience required either in a corporate environment, as third-party service provider or as a consultant
Strong organizational and management skills
