Mission Health located in Asheville, NC is accepting applications for a Manager - Plant Operations to join the Mission Hospital team!
Planning and managing the supervision of the daily maintenance and operation of the physical plant. Strong knowledge of HVAC, chillers, boilers, building automation system, utilities, building mechanical and electrical systems, computerized maintenance management system and budget management.
Required Education: Bachelor of Science degree or a combination of education, CHFM and related experience
Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science or higher.
Preferred License: Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM), trade related license
Required Experience: 5 or more years of progressive Healthcare Facility Management experience.
Preferred Experience: 10 or more years of progressive Facility Management experience in a complex environment with a minimum of 3 years in healthcare
