Position Summary...

What you'll do...

  • Oversee/Manage 3rd party vendor on large Fire Suppression system upgrade projects

  • Oversee 3rd party Fire Suppression Vendors in the ITM/R, spot audit and witness fire pump/sprinkler and acceptance testing.

  • Oversee 3rd party Fire Suppression Vendors New Systems

  • Develop strategies for enhancing and driving efficiencies in existing fire code programs

  • Ensure the programs are well-designed, agile and maximize efficiencies

  • Effectively managing regulatory response initiatives

  • Understand compliance risks and how to mitigate them

  • Analyze costs and forecasts to incorporate them into business plans and resource planning

  • Travel required

  • This role will be located in Bentonville, AR reporting to the Director of Program Management.

What you'll bring:

  • A subject matter expert in fire code/fire suppression ITM/R and sound understanding of fire system designs

  • Experience leading a team of experts while building strong and trusting relationships with team members and business partners

  • Experience managing fire related regulatory responses, including negotiating matters with fire marshals

  • Experience solving complex fire code and fire safety related opportunities

  • A risk management related mindset that balances business needs and urgency when managing fire initiatives

  • Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and leadership around compliance related updates and concerns

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams within a matrixed environment

  • Process-minded and look for opportunities to streamline for improved efficiency and effectiveness

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 2 years' experience in facilities management,

construction management, engineering, or related area OR 4 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, engineering,

or related area.
