Manage the day-to-day operations by supporting associates with work orders/preventative maintenance process. The Manager will plan, organize, and direct the daily work activities of the work group (Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC Techs, Maintenance Mechanic, etc.). In addition, the Manager will manage equipment; and utilize the computerized work order system to coordinate and track equipment maintenance and documentation.
Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills. Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
Five (5) years' experience in management of a public, institutional, or industrial facility, hospital preferred.
Associate's Degree in healthcare administration, engineering, or related field preferred.
Certified Healthcare Engineer (CHE) preferred.
