Manager, External Communications, Retail & Technology

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience developing, executing and integrating communications plans OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 5 years of experience developing, executing and integrating communications plans.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience providing counsel, influence and challenge to the thinking of business leaders.
• Experience writing and editing in AP style.
• Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
• Experience leading and completing multiple projects on deadline.
• At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications and/or English.
• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience developing, executing and integrating communications plans
• Experience in the retail industry and multi-cultural media relations
• Experience in the indirect management of team members, including assisting in the development, training and assignment of work/projects to other members

Salary Range$98900 - $158200 / Salaried
