The Express Drive (XD) team is looking for a Supply Chain Manager who will own key operational programs that enable us to operate fleets of rental vehicles at scale. In this role, you will manage a team of operations specialists focused on vehicle acquisition, infleeting and registration, compliance, maintenance, fuel, accident management, and remarketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Master a complex vehicle supply chainsimplifying wherever possibleto deliver best-in-industry turnaround times for vehicle infleeting and delivery.

  • Partner with OEMs and Fleet Management partners to improve processes; if it's broken, fix it; if it doesn't exist, build it.

  • Design a logistics program that builds capacity and increases efficiency.

  • Lead the evaluation of strategic partnerships by establishing success measurement criteria, cost controls, and SLAs for performance management.

  • Be a key contributor to the technology roadmap that supports XD's fleet management product.

  • Drive national process improvements and roll out policy changes to maximize program impact across distributed field teams.

Experience & Skills:

  • Exceptional track record of delivering on complex, high visibility cross-functional projects in a hyper growth environment.

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, including senior management, product, legal, finance, and field operations leaders.

  • Superior analytical skills, including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

  • Advanced project management skills, comfortable using PM tools in day-to-day.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Expected travel for this role is 25%.
