You will lead this team and scale their support in order to meet the fast-growing needs of our business as we multiply in headcount and global footprint. You will be solely focused on helping the team take their administrative business partnership to the next level. You will be a part of the larger People Ops team and our mission of growing impact and engagement across Asana. By helping to empower, educate, and support our senior and juniors EAs, you will catalyze productivity across the company by making it easier for our employees (Asanas) to collaborate and connect with one another and with leadership.
Lead a team of EAs based out of our San Francisco office but who are supporting our global team
Understand business priorities and identify process improvements to create efficiency and scale for the EA team to continuously up level the support they provide leaders
Identify operational gaps and help refine or develop new processes
Manage current and anticipate future staffing needs; build resource plans to meet them
Partner with leaders across functional teams to ensure your full understanding of the business needs for our support team
Coach, manage performance, and support professional development for the team, including building success guides for both junior and senior EAs to help them navigate their career growth
Deploy the team to support company-wide programming such as all hands presentations and annual planning
Drive visibility of team needs for any internal support and/or resources
Oversee special projects and tracking progress towards company goals
Identify success metrics for your team, gather and analyze data, and present findings in a succinct, impactful way
Oversee budget and overall resourcing for EA team
Plan and implement regular EA team offsites as well as goals and objectives planning (semi-annually) to ensure the team continues to evolve with the changing needs of the business
You have 6+ years of executive assistant or similar experience managing and supporting multiple senior leaders and large teams
You have managed or supervised day-to-day operations of administrative departments or teams of administrative or executive assistants
You have hired, trained, and evaluated employees, taking corrective action when necessary
You have experience developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures
You have an exceptional track record of management, mentorship, and a demonstrated ability to develop others
You are familiar with budget planning,management and people operations
You possess expert knowledge of Google Suite Apps (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Gmail)
