Conagra has an opening for a Finance Manager on the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis team located in Chicago, IL. This role is responsible for financial review, analysis and consolidation of actual results, projections, annual budgets, and strategic plans for the global business. The team supports the presentation of results for the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors and is heavily involved in monthly business reviews to discuss the P&L, cash flow, working capital and operating expenses. The job also includes preparation of Earnings Release materials and supports enterprise wide initiatives such as portfolio alignment, restatements, mergers and acquisitions, and competitive analytics. Job requires 7+ years of financial work experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field. Prior management experience preferred.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop team/staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; includes developing personal growth opportunities for both staff and self, providing timely feedback, and mentoring to the wider organization.

  • Develop Cash flow and Balance Sheet forecasts by collaborating with Supply Chain, Corporate Controller's Group, Treasury, Tax and various other finance functions.

  • Financial review, analysis and consolidation of actuals and projections. Provide concise and insightful commentary to senior leadership, including the CFO.

  • Prepare the reconciliation of comparability (one-time) items by working with the internal accounting groups.

  • Maintain the shared service SG&A allocation models. Prepare monthly journal entries and quarterly true-ups.

  • Manage the overall planning, coordination, development, consolidation and reporting of the Annual Operating Plan and the 3 years Strategic Plan.

  • Provide M&A team support as needed, including financial modeling, presentation of information to leadership, and assist in leading integration of business teams.

  • Administer SAP-BPC system including copies within various versions, locking forecasts, running packages and syncing entity and account hierarchies.

  • Participate and/or lead various finance wide-projects including competitive analytics and reporting; projects will vary depending on business needs.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or strong relevant experience

  • 7+ years in finance or related corporate accounting functions

  • Prior management experience preferred

  • MBA, CPA or advanced degree in Finance or Accounting preferred

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with executive-level presence

  • Team player with positive attitude

  • Experience developing business presentations and related supporting documents. Exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, including advance functions.

  • Highest standards of accuracy with strong attention to detail; highly organized

  • Proven ability to develop strong relationships and partnerships with internal customers, peers and effectively manage those relationships

Grubhub is looking for a Manager of Enterprise Marketing to lead the development and implementation of Enterprise and Strategic Restaurant Partnerships and co-marketing efforts from our Chicago office. Reporting into our Sr. Manager of Enterprise Marketing, this individual will be responsible for leading a team through all stages of co-marketing with our Enterprise Restaurant Partners including: creating marketing programs that drive more business for the restaurants, selling in the proposed campaigns internally and to the restaurant partners, negotiating with restaurant partners for inclusion in their marketing and media and supporting expanding existing relationships through marketing. This integrated marketing position works across channels including CRM, social, display, SEM, POP, broadcast, DM and in person events among other channels. This individual will be required to work with stakeholders across Grubhub's various departments and will be responsible for driving growth through these efforts to support the business objectives of Grubhub. Some Challenges You'll Tackle * Lead, inspire and develop a team of 2-3 members ranging from Associate to Sr. Associate to establish goals, execute with excellence and create accountability for results. * Create co-marketing proposals based on restaurant partners' and Grubhub's data and trends as well as market and business needs. Effectively communicate those needs to both internal and external teams. * Manage multiple restaurant and brand partnerships of varying size in a fast pace environment. * Know our partners' needs, how we can help them and how to develop and optimize marketing campaigns across varying content types. * Interact with different levels of management internally and externally.
