The Manager, Enterprise Projects is responsible for the leadership and successful delivery of enterprise-projects. Enterprise Project Managers (EPM) work with our top tier customers through the planning, implementation, testing and deployment phases, while managing project costs and schedules, defining, assessing and securing requirements and deliverables, tracking issues, and managing risks to ensure on-time and on-scope delivery.

The EPM will drive project meetings, both internal and external, and will assist in making decisions regarding technical approaches, scheduling, and execution with our Creative, Development and Product Management teams. The Manager, Enterprise Projects will provide day to day leadership and expertise to the Project Management team to ensure the success of these highly strategic and visible projects.

Focus Areas:

  • Leadership, coaching and career development of the Enterprise Project Managers

  • Project oversight and delivery assurance of Custom Website projects

  • Support and future oversight of Member Management engagements (SRM)

  • Serve as process owner for key Professional Services processes, including estimating, SOW creation and management and other key processes as identified

  • Be a voice of the customer and the delivery teams across the organization

Manager, Enterprise Projects Role and

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic and day to day leadership to the Project Management team

  • Manage the overall delivery of all assigned projects in accordance with the terms and specifications of the executed agreements

  • Work collaboratively with assigned SE creative, technical and development resources

  • Manage, prioritize and balance the demands of multiple projects

  • Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure that team members have the tools needed, and provide timely feedback

  • Track progress and review project tasks to make certain milestones and deadlines are met appropriately

  • Proactively communicate project status, and escalate risk and issues to all internal and external stakeholders

  • Effectively track profit and loss (P&L) of each project

  • Conduct regular status meetings with customers, keeping the customer's needs and requirements continuously in view

  • Partner with Professional Services leaders and other functional leaders to develop highly scalable and repeatable processes

  • Serve as a key process owner for the Enterprise solutioning, estimating and Statement of Work creation process

  • Engage with the Sales team on prospect opportunities to identify potential process and technology gaps, while developing solutions using existing technologies

  • Liaison with Product Management on potential enhancements to SportsEngine platform

  • Advocate for customers during the onboarding process

Manager, Enterprise Projects, Qualifications and

Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience, ideally in a high-growth software business

  • 3+ years of Enterprise Project Management experience

  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, principles and best practices

  • Proven experience in balancing multiple, dynamic relationships and work streams, with a demonstrated ability to successfully prioritize and manage

  • Balanced business/technical background with strong technical aptitude to effectively communicate solutions and strategy with our cross-functional teams

  • Ability to be and hold others accountable to commitments made in a matrixed role

  • Strong interpersonal skills including strength in collaboration, consultation and building trust and credibility with involved parties

  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of team trust and confidence

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities

  • Prior experience with enterprise-level application deployment projects highly desired

The Enterprise Complaints Management Office (ECMO) in Consumer Banking plays an integral role in having an enterprise view of our customer concerns, identifying risks in a timely manner, providing enhanced reporting capabilities at the line of business and Enterprise levels, and delivering a variety of benefits to our business. This Office includes four main functions: Executive Complaint Operations, Data Analytics and Reporting, Operational Risk, and Complaints Shared Services. Together these teams focus on capturing, researching, and resolving customer dissatisfaction; executing deep root cause analysis; and proactively identifying continuous opportunities that are engineered to improve our customers' experience and drive out dissatisfaction. This role will be responsible for the development and implementation of experiments and measurement capabilities. This includes tools designed to measure the effect of initiatives designed to improve the Wells Fargo customer experience by reducing pain points associated with complaints. The team will use a mix of proprietary, open source and vendor platforms used to analyze customer and team member text, speech, and transactional data through a variety of analytic techniques. This includes supervised and unsupervised analytical solutions, e.g. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to quantify complaint reduction and experience improvement. This position will report to the Head of Enterprise Customer Complaint Analytics and Insights and lead a team accountable for developing and implementing experimentation and measurement standards and capabilities across LOBs. Specifically, this leader will be accountable for: * Testing, experimental design and measurement of large-scale AI projects involving multi-dimensional databases, complex business infrastructure, complicated business use cases and cross-functional teams. * Developing A/B testing frameworks, experimental design, sampling methods, and statistical analysis/hypothesis testing. * Measurement of business value/customer impact. * Developing effective processes to ensure model development practices and documentation meets CMOR standards * Developing & implementing scalable, repeatable measurement tools & practices deployable across multiple LOB systems The candidate will have a track record of successfully developing and managing data, reporting, and analytic initiatives using advanced reporting tools and techniques. Leader will have strong knowledge and experience with experimental design, A/B testing, developing reusable analytic tools and frameworks deployed into front and back-office operational systems.
