Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Enterprise Operations, SAP in New York, NY and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Perform advisory and implementation services for clients to address manufacturing, supply chain, sales, customer relationship management and other business needs throughout the enterprise with the full suite of SAP products. Design and implement technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team. Responsibilities include requirement gathering, performing fit and gap analysis, defining project scope and objectives, systems strategy and support procedures, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. Provide technical and analytical guidance to team members and review project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards. Model sales and logistics business processes using Visio process modelling tools and preparing BPDs. Map captured requirements to standard SAP solutions and perform Fit-Gap analysis to identify custom development objects for SAP RICEFW. Configure SAP SD and LE systems and prepare configuration documents. Perform functional unit, integration and user acceptance testing, including preparing test cases, test scripts, test execution and defect tracking for SAP solutions using ALM and QC tools. Implement SAP solutions using Accelerated SAP methodology and SAP Solution Manager for application management and administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), Computer Science, MIS, CIS, Business Administration or a related field.

  • Five years of experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have five years of experience with:

  • Modelling sales and logistics business processes using Visio process modelling tools and preparing BPDs;

  • Mapping captured requirements to standard SAP solutions and performing Fit-Gap analysis to identify custom development objects for SAP RICEFW;

  • Configuring SAP SD and LE systems and preparing configuration documents;

  • Performing functional unit, integration and user acceptance testing, including preparing test cases, test scripts, test execution and defect tracking for SAP solutions using ALM and QC tools;

  • Implementing SAP solutions using Accelerated SAP methodology and SAP Solution Manager for application management and administration.

  • 80% travel required.

VIEW JOBS 4/12/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-07-11T00:00 JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the operation of the firm's enterprise systems including financial, document management, CRM, knowledge management and many others, as well as the application servers on which they run. Supervises members of the enterprise systems team and their day-to-day workload which includes managing and maintaining the systems and servers, completing project work and ongoing technical troubleshooting. Serves as a member of the enterprise systems leadership team and is one of the primary liaisons between enterprise systems and other parts of the information services department and the firm. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Oversee the daily workload, processes, and performance of enterprise systems team including conducting regular one-on-ones and providing direction on priorities. * Evaluate staff and manage performance and career development. * Act as a resource manager on projects; serve as a point of escalation for resourcing issues on projects. * Ensure system onboarding procedures, system documentation, and other departmental standards are followed. Continually improve documentation, standards and procedures. * Lead team to ensure maximum system uptime. Resolve any unplanned downtime or system issues and take steps to prevent re-occurrences. * Manage coverage/time off/on-call schedules, assist with agenda items and facilitation of staff meetings. * Lead team to resolve trouble tickets and performance issues with a sense of urgency. * Ensure appropriate alerts and monitoring are in place for all enterprise systems. * Serve as a member of the change advisory board. * Participate in the release management process; ensure conformity by the team. * Ensure disaster recovery documentation for systems is kept up-to-date; participate in disaster recovery tests and follow-ups to ensure successful application recovery and smooth execution of the tests according to the documented procedures. * Assist with budgeting and invoice management. * Liaise with internal customers and information systems colleagues demonstrating trusted advisor capabilities; provide leadership to the team members to fulfill their performance and professional goals. * Maintain job descriptions for the positions on the enterprise systems team; advise senior managers on organizational structure, definition of new positions and hiring when warranted.
