FedPoint, a leading third-party administrator of large-scale insurance and benefits programs, is seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Enterprise Business Process Support (BPS) team. This role is pivotal in developing and executing business and technical solutions that enhance our operations, support our business processes, and align with our strategic vision.

You will oversee a team of business systems analysts, business process analysts, and configuration analysts, managing systems like Chorus workflow, robotic process automation software, and ServiceNow. Your expertise in business process reengineering will drive improvements and efficiencies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations and Project Execution:

  • Lead the development and support of BPS systems including Chorus, robotic process automation, and ServiceNow.

  • Collaborate with FedPoint managers to align system enhancements with business priorities.

  • Track and manage system defects and enhancements, ensuring transparency and impact assessment.

  • Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of departmental functions.

  • Ensure efficient and cost-effective change management processes.

  • Implement and monitor data management system controls to resolve data integrity issues.

  • Support system upgrades and enhancements, maintaining effective communication with PMO and IT teams.

People Management:

  • Develop and align team objectives with departmental goals.

  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development opportunities for staff.

  • Identify high-potential talent and ensure effective succession planning.

  • Manage performance feedback and evaluations to drive results.

  • Lead recruitment and onboarding of new team members, ensuring timely resource allocation.

  • Promote business acumen, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills within the team.

Planning and Resource Allocation:

  • Scope projects, manage risks and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans.

  • Prioritize multiple projects, adhering to critical deadlines.

  • Collaborate with the Director on budget creation and management.

Process Engineering and Improvement:

  • Provide expertise in process engineering and improvement for existing and new business functions.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required.

  • Certifications or coursework in technology or business / systems analysis, software development lifecycle preferred.

  • Must have 3+ years of previous experience managing teams in a business analysis, technology, or benefits administration environment

  • 3+ years' experience working in benefit administration strongly preferred.

  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and project management.

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Project Management Professional (PMP) designations preferred but not required.

  • Experience in a business analysis or analytical role; including experience gathering and writing business requirements, or equivalent work experience.

  • Vendor management experience, including contract negotiation, holding third-parties accountable to deliverables, and relationship management skills

  • Must have a proven track record of successful developing staff, including utilizing interpersonal skills and coaching to provide regular, actionable formal and informal feedback.

This is a Hybrid position requiring 2 days per week in the office. Location: Portsmouth, NH
