As a Manager, Engineering you will:
Establish and advocate the adoption of engineering best practices, leading by example
Assess new technologies and provide recommendations towards a service-oriented software architecture, developing solutions that can serve multiple product lines
Coach, mentor and lead our software engineering team members on engineering standards and best practices
Work with product leaders, breaking down business requirements into technical requirements with the team
Develop resource and capacity plans for your team and leverage metrics to assume and monitor your team's performance.
Manage a web and mobile application team, while helping to drive quality across our SDLC

Required qualifications:
Experience building microservice or SOA architectures within AWS
Strong understanding of object-oriented analysis and design; domain-driven design
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Experience leading teams across different disciplines
Knowledge of Flutter and GraphQL
Hands on experience in React or Ruby on Rails, SQL, MySQL, and Postgress
Knowledge of industry-standard ETL and workflow tools
Experience working with data lakes and relevant architectures
Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders to understand and explain highly technical information in a clearly/concisely
