GENERAL FUNCTION
The Manager

• Electrical Engineer you will be responsible in designing, developing and maintaining electrical systems and components that power cutting-edge products and solutions. The Manager

• EE will work collaboratively with Store Development team to drive innovation, solve complex electrical challenges, and ensure the highest product quality. The Manager

• EE will also be responsible for overseeing these systems installation, operation, and maintenance, utilizing strong technical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.
Build and test prototypes to evaluate and validate design concepts.
Analyze test results, identify issues, and propose optimization solutions.
Select appropriate electrical components and materials for projects, considering cost-effectiveness, quality, and availability.
Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during installation or operation.
Provide support for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of electrical designs, specifications, and test results.
Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, relevant industry standards, codes, and electrical design and implementation regulations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals and timelines, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions
Leads project meetings with brand partners, designers and outside agencies.
Drives post mortem on projects for closure and learning.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering degree from an accredited school.
Licensed as a professional engineer.
Experience in using or a desire to learn the required software.
Knowledge of applicable codes related to electronic engineering.
Proficient in design and calculation software.
Excellent project management skills, computer skills and communications skills
