This role is responsible for planning, driving and innovating the strategic direction for the Zales and Peoples brand across display media, affiliate marketing the DMP (Data Management Platform).
Manage DMP (Data Management Platform), creating useful audience segments, and ensuring proper data capture and data governance.
Develop an action plan to expand the role of the DMP to personalize customer experience through the entire purchase path. 20%
Audience Segmentation: Build segmentation approaches that map to business objectives, including recommended data sources, segment sizing and segment qualification to support the customer journey. 20%
Reporting/Analysis: Track and analyze campaign delivery metrics, ensure campaigns are on-boarded accurately and on time. Partner with agency, internal stakeholders, and testing/personalization team to understand campaign performance and audiences across media. 20%
Affiliates: Oversee the day to day management of affiliate marketing, lead strategy, partner with site managers and planning teams to create compelling offers for the affiliate customer.15%
Display: Oversee the day to day management of display media, lead strategy, partner with marketing team and the agency to create a strategic plan that supports promotions, key collections and the customer journey. 25%
