KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, eCommerce Fraud Management Specialist to join our Customer and Operations organization.


  • Possess and articulate experience-based points of view on the eCommerce fraud management, including the risk return trade-off of risk management and customer experience

  • Engage with client stakeholders of the eCommerce fraud management process across such functions as IT, Finance, Accounting, Marketing/Sales, eCommerce, Loss Prevention and Risk Management with the ability to recommend and design state of the art solutions in Fraud Management

  • Develop and continuously adapt the product strategy and vision for fraud management

  • Work with clients to understand the business needs and both technical and functional requirements for fraud management across the entire value chain of eCommerce

  • Support practice leadership in practice development including: resource management, career development of staff, and other people management decisions


  • A minimum of five years of consulting experience, primarily in e-commerce, with involvement in selling, and delivering engagements for large organizations

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Operations or a related field from an accredited college/university; MBA from an accredited college/university is preferred

  • Experience with Fraud Management technology solutions (e.g. Cybersource)

  • Excellent foundational consulting skills including: strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills, impactful client presence, compelling facilitation and presentation skills, as well as the ability to communicate using PowerPoint (ability to storyboard and create a compelling value proposition)

  • Ability to travel at a significant level, as needed
