KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, eCommerce Fraud Management Specialist to join our Customer and Operations organization.
Possess and articulate experience-based points of view on the eCommerce fraud management, including the risk return trade-off of risk management and customer experience
Engage with client stakeholders of the eCommerce fraud management process across such functions as IT, Finance, Accounting, Marketing/Sales, eCommerce, Loss Prevention and Risk Management with the ability to recommend and design state of the art solutions in Fraud Management
Develop and continuously adapt the product strategy and vision for fraud management
Work with clients to understand the business needs and both technical and functional requirements for fraud management across the entire value chain of eCommerce
Support practice leadership in practice development including: resource management, career development of staff, and other people management decisions
A minimum of five years of consulting experience, primarily in e-commerce, with involvement in selling, and delivering engagements for large organizations
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Operations or a related field from an accredited college/university; MBA from an accredited college/university is preferred
Experience with Fraud Management technology solutions (e.g. Cybersource)
Excellent foundational consulting skills including: strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills, impactful client presence, compelling facilitation and presentation skills, as well as the ability to communicate using PowerPoint (ability to storyboard and create a compelling value proposition)
Ability to travel at a significant level, as needed
