KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Customer and Operations for our Management Consulting practice.
Work with clients to understand the business needs and functional requirements of enabling a Connected Commerce capability across the operating model, including process, technology and people
Establish client value propositions that tie business metrics and C-Level Executive focus areas directly to operational business improvements and customer outcomes
Provide oversight of highly skilled client and KPMG work teams throughout the project lifecycle and help ensure timely execution of project deliverables
Work across multiple client functions to identify and develop recommendations in order to effect the change needed to achieve a Connected Commerce capability
Assist with proposal development and other new business development activities by leveraging existing relationships with C-level executives
Participate in continual development and publication of thought leadership and service offerings
A minimum of seven years of experience in a B2B and/or B2C digital commerce or related function with at least five years in a professional services firm
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Operations or a related field from an accredited college/university; MBA from an accredited college/university is preferred
Functional knowledge of commerce-oriented business processes such as ecommerce, marketing, distribution and fulfillment, order management, payments, pricing and promotions, and analytics
Working knowledge of technology solutions for the above, including exposure to at least two ecommerce platforms, CRM tools, and order management solutions
Excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical, written and verbal communication, client presence, client relationship development, facilitation, and presentation skills
Travel may be up to 80-100%
