Overview of the Role:
The Manager, Downstream Marketing will oversee and drive Privia's prospective physician marketing strategy in the areas of campaigns, sales enablement, partnerships, content and media, with a particular focus on leading the marketing team in event strategy, planning and execution.
Serving as the project leader of high growth markets, the Manager, Downstream Marketing will collaborate with sales and marketing leadership, field sales, sales operations, marketing team members and outside vendors to develop and execute strategies for each market. A successful Manager, Downstream Marketing will possess an organized, collaborative, creative and lead generation focused approach to implementing Privia's mission to expand their national footprint.
Primary Job Duties:
Develop and execute on in-market strategies across events, campaigns, sponsorships, business development partnerships, social media and other key marketing channels.
Collaborate effectively to support sales efforts and exceed acquisition targets with sales leadership, in-market leadership, field sales directors, sales operations and marketing teams, serving as the marketing project lead.
Generate ROI across marketing programs with a key focus on successful execution, team work, process improvement for market scale and adding innovative ideas to maximize performance.
Develop materials and communication strategy to ensure consistent and effective communication of Privia benefits and proof points. Research, develop and publish thought leadership materials and website content for content marketing and sales enablement purposes across markets.
Manage reporting on all market related campaigns, tactics and milestones. Measure and monitor performance to ensure campaign success. Communicate the business impact across key stakeholders.
Manage national partnerships, speaking sessions, and conferences acting as project manager and executor
Conduct Quarterly Reviews, Monthly Operating Reviews and Weekly Updates to update and align with key stakeholders
Ensure that messaging rolls up to overarching brand value position and positioning
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in business, marketing or related field; advanced degree a plus.
Experience: 3+ years in a fast paced B2B marketing environment.
Strong project management skills in managing multiple projects/deadlines across all levels of stakeholders
Proven analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to use hard data and metrics to support assumptions and concepts
Demonstrated success adding to the strategic direction of B2B campaigns with clear ownership of execution.
Must have experience managing campaigns including; list creation in Salesforce (or other CRM), developing and sending emails via Pardot (or similar program), digital campaigns and user journey mapping for leads and prospects.
Demonstrated success adding to the strategic direction of event programs, incredible attention to detail as related to event logistics and experience in vendor and budget management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to quickly and concisely articulate product benefits to various customer segments
Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
Willing to travel locally and nationally
Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
