JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Manager, Distribution Marketing to serve as the strategic account lead with several distribution marketing partners, including but not limited to: DISH, Sling, Altice, Verizon, NCTC and mid-majors. You will develop, present, and oversee national marketing partnerships with these cable partners on behalf of Fox, Fox Sports and Fox News. In addition, this position will manage and oversee the distribution marketing efforts of specific Fox Network's properties. You will develop marketing tactics in support of the distribution and renewal of the networks. This position can be Manager or Director level depending on your experience.

A SNAPSHOT OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Account management of DISH, Sling, Altice, Verizon, NCTC and mid-majors; take lead on marketing presentations, relationship management, and point person for various department needs.

  • Create, direct, and execute national and local marketing campaigns that support distribution and revenue for Fox.

  • Develop and execute ideas for local and national promotions. Identify opportunities for promotion of programming priorities to demonstrate the value of the programming.

  • Monitor industry standards and trends for the most effective strategies and activities when working with accounts and networks.

  • Support VP on special projects, as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • College degree in marketing or related area.

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant marketing experience, 3 years of successful client relationship experience, and a proven track record of creating strategy, developing tactics and delivering projects on time/budget and exceeding goals.

  • Self-starter who can effectively prioritize multiple projects.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Fluency with analysis and ROI.

  • Ability to make sound judgments under time pressure.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and web-based presentation software.

  • Ability and willingness to travel (30%).

  • Good organizational skills and project management skills; the ability to work without supervision in a high pressure environment is essential.
