We're currently seeking a Manager, Distribution & Manufacturer to join our Headquarters team!

The Manager, Distribution & Manufacturer develops the strategy and the team to help grow our light manufacturing footprint and optimize our logistics and warehousing operations. They are a servant leader who prioritizes developing the team and creating a culture of leaders who drive their work to completion. They work cross functionally with the business units to develop the best ways to optimize our warehousing footprint to create cost effective distribution solutions and they lead projects to help grow our network. Mister's rapid growth has created tremendous opportunity for the right candidate to come in and add immediate value across the organization. The ideal candidate has functional experience in warehousing, logistics, and/or manufacturing and has had success leading and developing teams.

What you will do:

This role is responsible for developing strategy, creating, and installing processes to help implement that strategy and for coaching and developing talent. You will develop, oversee, and manage the manufacturing and logistics strategy for Mister a by owning all logistics and manufacturing activity and by implementing and contributing to your area of expertise on cross functional initiatives. Mister is growing and building out our distribution and logistics solution is a key driver of future success.

• Lead a team of ~5-10 manufacturing team members who execute light assembly and kitting at our Tucson warehouse.

• Assess current manufacturing/warehousing/distribution approach and build improvement plans over a 1-3-year horizon.

• Identify, develop, and deploy best practice manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics methodologies.

• Champion the transformation of systematic warehouse solutions.

• Build business cases for various supply chain investment opportunities within your area of responsibility.

• Be a thought leader around business systems updates and implementations as we onboard a warehouse management/materials management solution for the company.

• Build relationships and actively communicate with the cross functional leadership teams.

• Lead cross functional teams to implement process improvement projects.

• Conduct business dealings with the highest level of integrity and regard for corporate guidelines, legal and environmental regulations

How you will shine:

• Bachelor's Degree in supply chain or another business-related field preferred. Relevant experience leading teams in manufacturing/warehousing/distribution is an acceptable substitute.

• 5+ years working in logistics/distribution and/or manufacturing roles of increasing responsibility.

• 3-5 years proven experience in leading successful teams, leading teams through organizational change a plus.

• Experience in implementation of a warehouse management/materials management solutions a plus.

• Experience with Oracle ERP a plus.

• Previous success identifying, prioritizing, and executing cost savings and/or process improvement projects.

• Comfortable in ambiguity, able to see the big picture and build consensus for ideas with the cross functional teams.

• Experience in multi-unit, growth focused organizations a plus

• Ability to perform tasks either independently or with a team, switching between each with no impact on job performance.

• A highly effective communicator using multiple formats to produce clear, thorough, and timely instructions, memorandums, timelines, projects plan, etc.

• By approaching problems with curiosity and working to solve them in a manner that minimizes complexities and simplifies processes

• Experience with new site development and onboarding a plus.
