The Manager of Direct Primary Care is responsible for managing the systems and relationships for our Direct Primary Care program. Our Direct Primary Care program allows individuals to access primary care services through level monthly payments across a network of 200+ corporate and franchise locations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As program expert, the manager will be responsible for maintaining the membership management system.
Ensure accuracy of the data and ensure cross-entity fees are allocated correctly.
Provide reporting and analysis of membership patterns and utilization.
Monitor and continuously assess financial performance of the program.
Identify opportunities to expand the program through technical sales and support and outreach.
Maintain contact with current and potential franchise customers to ensure program effectiveness.
Handle customer inquiries initially and ultimately through subordinate reports.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be a personable, tech-savvy individual who excels at managing cross-functional internal processes. Working collaboratively with Marketing, Claims Management, and Franchise Operations, the successful candidate must be able to handle the day-to-day operations of the membership management system as well as handle business-to-business (franchise) as well as business-to-consumer (patients) interactions. A technical degree, such as science, health information management, or similar, is preferred but not required. Healthcare experience is not required. We are looking for a self-starter who wants a new challenge managing a start-up program.
